AT ROSSIGNOL

 

From 24 avril to 16 juin 1995

 

My professional training at ROSSIGNOL takes place in the methods department

and the subject was the organization of surfs manufacturing. The surfs sales were

growing and ROSSIGNOL wanted to raise its production capacity into building a

new workshop with a more industrial production organization.

 

The work I have to done was to organize the tasks of the workers for different

amount of surfs to produce and to work out the best setting up of the machines.

Before to do this work, I have learnt the manufacturing process of each product of

the range and I have learnt all the operations done by the workers.

 

At the end of my training, I have determine several organization which were used

at the starting up of the workshop.
